Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Welding

An arc-welding process utilizing non-consumable tungsten electrodes.

DFW: Design for
Weldability

A process that utilizes our aerospace welding and trade expertise to advise and give feedback to engineering teams regarding the overall practicality of their design.

 

Micro TIG Welding

A precision TIG welding process featuring tighter controls on the welding machine and enhanced by viewing the weld through a microscope.

 

Laser Welding

Enables non-contact processing with minimal heat input, and facilitates high welding speeds and welding in difficult access areas.

 

Torch Brazing

Joining metal components using filler metals and fluxes that do not melt base metals.

 

Orbital Welding

An automatic TIG process used for welding tubing and fittings that require X-ray-quality welds with a high degree of uniformity.

Specialties

While Clackamas Tool Welding can provide conventional welding services with ease, it’s our knack for welding complex and in many cases, thin-walled, deep-grooved hard alloys.
