Our current customers are; The Boeing Company, both commercial and military, as well as various companies in the medical, commercial and aerospace industries. Our philosophy for maintaining our current customer base is a commitment to the best customer service and the production of high quality parts manufactured on-time to our customers. We believe that our future begins with a continuous commitment to providing our customers, both current and future, with OPEN COMMUNICATION on all levels. We believe in a strong partnership with our customers and maintaining relationships which is beneficial to all involved. We are dedicated to providing only the highest quality product. We believe that there are two types of customers, "external" and "internal". We define the "internal customer" as our employees. Each of our employees is trained to understand the concept that they are both the customer and supplier throughout their daily activities. With this philosophy in mind, this generates a cohesive, team-oriented organization, whereas, customers and suppliers are treated with equal respect. In addition, we cross train each employee to maintain an effective operation. Our employees are trained to high quality standards with ISO and AS9100 Concepts. We are able to operate a successful corporation by bringing all of our assets together; our customers, suppliers and employees. We thrive on continuous improvement, value the feedback from our customers, demand only the best from our suppliers and do what we say we will do.
